The SOURCE Project aims to strengthen the digital competence of Adult Education experts, enhance the quality of online learning experiences, and promote the effective use of digital technologies in education, in line with the European Union’s Digital Education Action Plan.
More specifically the SOURCE project’s objectives are:
1. Recommend an online instructor profile employing EU policy instruments and framework
2. Actively engage beneficiaries and stakeholders in the project activities
3. Address systematically the instructional design process
4. Design and develop OERs focusing on delivering engaging and participatory online learning experiences
5. Upskill/reskill Adult education experts in terms of digital technologies and teaching methods
6. Transform educators to “design scientists” able to drive their own learning – digital transformation in terms of skills, attitudes and knowledge.
7. Recommendations for educational technologies on policy levels
